Our experience with the Masilelas was beyond my expectations. I already had high expectations of them but they definitely exceeded them. First time I saw them was at my friends wedding years back and I told myself that one when it’s my turn I’ll make sure to have them as my photographers. And it happened 🥹 what captured me was their professionalism and how kind they were to their clients and everyone around them. Even with my experience it was exactly that . They so friendly and patient with their clients.. ohh and their work .. top tier. We didn’t have any course of complaint at all. Everything came out perfectly 👌
Masilela Photography did an excellent job for me and my husband. From the get go Lungelo had a meet up with us to understand what we wanted in terms of our wedding photography and showed us examples of what he's done in the past. After our meeting we were offered various package options and selected the one that best suited us. Lungelo kept in touch consistently and made sure that he would be at the right places on the right times during our wedding day. On the day he was very professional and made sure we were coached in how to pose for our photography session. He beautifullly captured the moments that were most important to us and delivered our pictures within the expected time frame as promised. I do not know where to even begin. The first meeting was very professional and convenient (done via zoom meetings). Lungelo took a personal interest on our story and made sure to bring it out in our photographs. The process leading towards our big day was seamless with very clear and reassuring communication. The pre-wedding photoshoot was beautiful, the venue (recommended by Lungelo) was exceptional. On the big day, the Masilela's outdid themselves. From being punctual, professional and calming my nerves. I will always recommend this team for any couple looking for a photographer. They are very reliable and honest in their business. We are extremely happy with their work. To end this review, the time frame we were promised to receive our video and pictures was honored. During weddings everything is stressful but photography was the only aspect I was not worried about... These guys are professionals and extremely polite. They make you feel comfortable as if you've known them for ages and not to mention the amount of patience they have during the craziness happening around. Their work, OMG! QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY. What a wonderful experience we had with the Masilela's.7th October 2022 was thee day, we had a photoshoot prior to the wedding so on the day there was no awkwardness and less nerves because we got to know each other, highly recommend it. Thank you to Lungelo & the Team for such STELLAR service!! Getting your photo taken can be quite nerve-wrecking, but Lungelo made my Husband (who hates having his picture taken) and I, feel so comfortable. He guided us, and also allowed us to act freely and converse with one another and got some amazing candid shots. We asked for a video of our reception and he gave us so much more! We got so many more photos than we expected as well. So many of my friends and family are going to use Masilela Photography in future and I hope you do too.
